so if the storm cant become self sufficent in 6 years then they have thrown those $ down the crapper, the ****s have a brand new stadium and a whole state to draw fans from, give $10 million at the most if anything at all

Give them the $30mil to be rid of them, and then just tack an extra $60mil on the asking price for the next broadcasting rights deal to get it back.
