We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. I used to use Kaspersky, but I found it very unintuitive - has this changed?
I've got Bitdefender installed on all of my machines at the moment, but its giving me trouble with one of them (no virus, just software problems).
