Zorba is saying that Liam Knight will be in the NRL squad next year. Also patting himself and his goons on the back for signing Parcell. Also bitching about property prices haha

Manly young gun Liam Knight on the charge last weekend.
MANLY were slow to act a few years ago when Jared Wharea Hargreaves was grabbed out of the under-20s and signed by the Sydney Roosters.
Although out for the finals with a serious injury, big JWH has gone on to develop into the best front-rower in the world.
He played a few seasons of rugby with Northern Suburbs before becoming a Sea Eagle in a side which included young guns such as Kieran Foran, Daly Cherry-Evans, Darcy Lussick and Jamie Buhrer.
Knight has impressed the best of judges with his work rate in attack and defence throughout 2015 and has been one of the best and most consistent players in the classy Sea Eagles Holden Cup side.
Congratulations to back- rower/centre Addison Demetriou and fullback Tom Trbojevic for being named in the under-20s team of the year.
Both are outstanding players with big futures.
Action from last Saturday at ANZ Stadium - Penrith won the match 44-24.
Parcell delivers
LAST week’s story on new Sea Eagles hooker Matt Parcell was perfectly timed.
The next day he scored a record five tries in the Ipswich Jets semi-final win over Brisbane Easts.
Tomorrow he will be a marked man by the aggressive Papua New Guinea Hunters in a grand final qualifier for the Queensland Cup at Wynnum Manly’s Kougari Oval.
Manly’s mid-season raid to get Parcell on a three-year deal has saved the club many hundreds of thousands of dollars.
His price on the open market would have trebled had other clubs been aware of his ability.
Glorious but pricey
THERE is no doubt living on the glorious northern beaches is special but try telling that to young up and comers and established players with families trying to rent or buy a home or apartment in the current climate.
Several were stunned at auctions last weekend when they went to battle for beachside apartments.
One attended three auctions and did not get a look in.
He was blown away by the number of bidders and the prices.
Kiwi utility star Lewis Brown is finding a big difference in prices compared to his previous home in the Penrith district.
Brown attended an auction in Collaroy last Saturday and missed his target in a spirited bidding session but is not giving up and will back up this weekend.
New coach Trent Barrett is one of the lucky newcomers to the Sea Eagles.
He managed to buy into Freshwater and will be moving into the area in the next month with his wife and young family.
