Interested in peoples thoughts on this... do we need experience or modern/ innovation?

Don't like any of the options, none really have experienced any success, maybe someone from super league? Having said that would changing the coach change our results? The roster of players is the start as in getting players with a heart, have pride.

Just more recycled coach's to choose from again. I'd go Ballin, probably learnt a lot at the Broncs now. What have we got to lose.

Even though our owner wouldn't stump up the cash required, Ivan Cleary.
Its been said we need an ex Manly player to coach us to a premiership.

We need somebody that understands the modern game and knows what type of players that's required to win in the modern game. Also that coach needs to be able to make the tough decisions on moving on players that stop this team from moving forward.
I think Brad Arthur and Matt Ballin as assistant coach might be the answer.

Of the coaches listed, I’d go Holbrook with Ballin as assistant coach & try to bring Steve Menzies into the coaching ranks.

I think it’s too early for Ballin to be given a head coaching gig, but Holbrook has experience at the top & is currently doing time as assistant at the Roosters.

Not going back to Hasler. Cleary is only option from the current NRL coaches. Ballin is not experienced enough.

The roster is way better than we’re showing. The evidence is that one week we can play like world beaters and the next we get beaten by lowly clubs like Newcastle and GC. Thats an attitude thing and the responsibility for getting attitude right rests mainly on the head coach and other coaches to a lesser extent.
