New "Clever" icon voting

I notice (on occasion) the clever emoji takes a split second longer to load. So sometimes when I go to click agree... the clever emoji gets clicked.
Now I have to remove the clever rating in case some of you get ahead of yourselves!

Is anyone else noticing that when they go to the list of icons, the clever one (all of a sudden) fills up a third of your screen?????
Must have been the update I ran yesterday I'll fix it now
