What is a valid url ?.....Im trying to put in an avitar and Im recieving a reply, U need a valid url.

It means the image you want to use must be available on the "internet". You can't upload an image directly from your computer. You will need to save it to some sort of photo sharing website and then link the url.

Maybe easier if you save the pic you want to use as your avatar to your computer
then click the choose file in the Upload Avatar:section in your userCP section
then click the choose file in the Upload Avatar:section in your userCP section
But we don't have any users with a spave in their nane.
(Plenty are inane though.)
