Need help

Ok all. I am considering a switch of the site back-end for next season, this one whilst easy for my to manage and write code for, has become somewhat of a monster and hard to maintain going forward for upgrades, because we have branched so far.

I am considering Joomla as an alternative, we won't have all of the same features as we have now, but we should have a lot, a faster, more secure and better written system.

However, my time is fairly limited and I don;t like any of the free templates/themes that are available for joomla, and was wondering whether we have any budding designers or people wanting to give a joomla design a go. I can set up a test system and give you FTP access to develop under if you like.
