Nate set to open his 3rd F45 gym.

HE lives and works more than 800km away but to former Titans captain Nate Myles, the Gold Coast will always be home.

The 31-year-old will open his third F45 gym at Tweed Heads next month – a facility built around the concept of high-intensity exercises performed in short bursts so people maximise the amount of time that they spend training.

I was actually surprised the blokes only 31 (and that's being honest), because he's running around like a 40 year old. Anyhow, he's been speed running training at Pittwater lately. Here's a photo:

Perception is a funny thing. Nate's numbers were as good as Jake T's this year. One is hailed an all conquering hero and goes on to play for Australia and the other is castigated by a pack of malcontent fans.

Which reminds me, I have to set up a poll to predict our 2017 whipping boy. Last season we enjoyed a bumper crop headed by Miles, Brown and Wiliame. Hard to say who attracted the most criticism here, but they all polled well.
Probably unfair to start until we know the final makeup of our squad.
