There's probably 11 of those players that could get a taste of 1st grade ,through injury or form . Hard enough to name a first up team let alone this one . Good effort anyway , pretty fair side.

If we can get a team like that named in the reggies then 1sts would be doing well.
Actually reminds me of some of our reserves teams of the 70s with name players all over it. Minus some internationals of course.

Pretty sure he is on a rookie contract, so might be a little hard for manly to get the approval for him to play as there are new rules in place when it comes to the rookie contracts, but yes agree he is a great option

To really strengthen that workers team, I’d say put the turbos in, tapau, dce, walker and Thompson. They’d smash it.

I do have to say that the way that blacktown side played on the weekend looks like the reserve grade will have a good season.

Could Paseka have a future as a lock then if he seemed to handle that role last weekend reasonably well ? He seems a mobile lad but with his size , one would think that playing in the middle would suit him more .

I noticed a report last year that he was going to opt out and take some time out from R. L . to completely recover from at least one almost chronic injury [ sternum i think ] . Might find it hard to break into the present Manly forward line up but has not signed with any one else to my understanding .
