The offer was something that the Roosters arranged via Ticketek and passed on to the Eagles membership guys.
Larissa is still on holidays so best advice I can give is members can call the Eagles membership team on 9970 3000 and see if they can help (although less than 5 hours before KO that may be a bit ambitious?
I tried the link and it is no longer working as mentioned so not sure if there was a limited time to use it or if the allocation has been reached?
Worst case there are still tickets available in that bay (37) or get a GA ticket and see if the nice security people will let you sit in a unoccupied seat in the Manly when it gets close to KO
