I'm just curious to know if anyone is involved in this in any way, I'm on approximately $50k a year which is made up of around $37k from 3 days a week patrolling 6pm-6an then ranplusdom events got a couple hundred a pop time to time

I need to know what size of a loan I'd be looking at so I can stay planning what sort of car to get in a few weeks plus I have a guarantor

I'm leaning towards the Xr6 turbo or if I can't get approval for that probably a GT/SUPER PURSUIT/F6/TYPHOON around 2004 to as new as possible

Any tips? Other than cars I mean lol my mind is pretty made up on those as they have more or less everything I want in a car, has to be a manual and other variants bar the standard XR6 (which is the choice between the others listed) are automatic only

Make around the same and got a 2007 VE SS (series one) so shouldn't have a problem as long as no defaults.
If your going an xr6 turbo might as well go the whole hog and get an 8

XR8 is both dead and useless, turbo six was better anyway....Ford suits my driving style a little better

My mate was in a similar situation to you, he bought a 09 VE Sv6 ute for 21K, borrowed the lot, and manages it ok.

My bro bought an 08 FG Xr6 turbo (70,xxx kms) for 20K, so there definetly a good buy.

Assuming you borrow the whole amount.

20K secured loan over 3 yrs at 10% = $645 a month. (st george calculator)
But depends on your expenses as to what size loan you might get. The fact that it is a secured loan will work in your favour.
