Most underwhelming Manly EVER

It’s clear they have , almost unanimously, as a team “ checked out “.

What I saw today was zero interest being shown bar maybe one or two players.

The captain has a lot to do with that , as does the coach , but the players themselves have zero pride in the jersey they are wearing.

If not rock bottom , ****ing close to it

If I could give you a thousand winners I would and its the most heartbreaking thing to see from our club.
We won't win again this season sadly not with that effort.

I'm not making excuses but this is supposed to be our starting pack
8. Paseka
9. Croker
10. Aloiai
11. Olakau'atu
12. Burbo
13. Jurbo

14 Tevaga
15 Bullemore
16 TKO
17 Brown/Waddell
A lot different to what we've sent out lately

Its very true and also highlights we are short a quality player in each of 3 positions.

Horrible, terrible, heartbreaking. Few words on how bad we are….

But….. there is light. The great pretender, D$E is leaving. That should give everyone on here joy, hope, excitement!!!!
The end of 2nd play kicks, headless chook circles, directionless plays, missed tackles, divided players/fans…

Fogarty will bring a traditional Half, organised play, stability, great kicking game…..

Doesn’t mean we’ll win the comp, but step in the right direction!!

I'm a season ticket holder and this is probably one of the worst years since 2018 that I've been disinterested in the Manly team. I only attended 3 homes games out of 9 and I'm seriously considering to stop altogether next season.
Sadly that might be the only way the owner takes notice.

If season ticket holders just said “ no enough is enough “

That's not a whole lot better either. The focus in recruitment should've been the forwards over the past 3 seasons he's been in charge. Aloiai shouldn't have been extended, Burbo hasn't demanded his starting position. Jurbo has far too big a role at this point in his career. Paseka was still very inconsistent and would not have saved us by any means (also always injury prone anyways). Brown/Waddell/Tevaga/Lodge are too similar, slow and past it. No young forwards have been given a chance. Garrick as centre and Saab rendering our backs useless. Trbo will not be effective as a fullback anymore so for mine the centre experiment must continue. If it succeeds or busts, so be it; we have the depth there. The backline shouldn't be a problem as well, but somehow it is. Brookes is a frustrating addition. Get the sense he won't ever be replaced / we won't see genuine changes.

I hope the players seal the deal over the next few weeks because seibold is not accountable enough to effect any neccessary changes

So these last 4 games. We've score first in 3 of them , been behind by a small margin at halftime in all and then capitulated in each 2nd half. That indicates that our conditioning has failed and our inability to score points comes on the back of getting behind in the contest of field position and possession. The blame for that lays squarely on the strength and condition department and how the coaching department has gone about that program. It's clear we aren't fit enough to compete at the seasons end. A complete failure of how the training has been planned.
