According to what Gus Gould has been saying all year on Nein, Gordon was actually going to retire at the end of last year until the Chooks offered him enough to have one more year because they didn't think Latrell Mitchell was ready to be their full time fullback. Gordon also solved the Chooks short term goal kicking problems.

I don't think he'll be seriously looking for another club at the end of this season. I think he'll announce his retirement.
