Mine arrived yesterday. Has anyone found the caps are way too small? Mine is at full extension and I get a headache wearing it.

Do I have a big head or is this a conspiracy?

I feel that the caps have been getting worse by the year. The 1st one I received in '05 was made by Classic and is the best - I still wear it. The '06 one was a shocker & has been on my head once 'cause it was so uncomfortable. This years is bigger than last years but the quality not as good.
Maybe next years will be made out of paper supplied by The Manly Daily!
I would have thought that the club would supply a quality cap that people actually enjoy wearing as the more people wearing them, the better advertising for the club!
Also, paying your membership fee, you expect quality. Don't settle for mediocrity................
