Good to see that Mattai and Minogue can play in this weekends test opener.

"The Sea Eagles pair are now free to play for the Kiwis against the Kangaroos Invitational XIII with the NRL ruling it was an officially-sanctioned representative match.

The game will be played as a curtain-raiser to the Australia-New Zealand Tri-Nations opener at Telstra Stadium.

The fixture gained increased significance and profile last night with the selection of NRL stars Trent Barrett, Matt Cooper, Scott Price, Willie Mason, Ben Creagh and Mark O'Meley in the invitational side."

Cooper vs Matai. Talk about a macadamised highway to the try-line!

As long as some of the Kiwis aren't like Olsen Filipaina and co.

Do nothing for your club and look pretty ordinary but play for your country and become a superstar - playing out of your skin.
