yeah,i know daniel.the fact he played for so long in the seven was simply a reflection of our lack of options.but alls well that ends well.he is real solid atm i am looking forward to him and ballin performing in the 9 for a few years yet.
actually looking at the halfback situation now there are many clubs facing a crisis in this area.once you get past the top half dozen he pickings are real slim.bulldogs,warriors,souths,broncos,canberra,roosters are all struggling to identify a decent 7 and with the exception of brisbane are really struggling.it is basically impossible to compete in backend matches without one.a classic example is saints-with him back they are a force again.
