Unfair to Cuthbo. He's actually a great player. You would put Rose in at Fullback if we were selecting the team like that.

All I know is Scott Fulton has to be in there somewhere.
Mullane was better than you are giving him credit for. Cuthbo shouldn't be in there. Nigel Roy was a great player. Adam Muir was a great player. But these players just played poorly at Manly.

thats the point, its the worst ever Manly team. how they played elsewhere is irrelevant.

Dorn? Ffs. There were so many worse halfbacks. Hayden, Brown, Field, etc.

Muir was a good player for the Northern Eagles, our only rep player at the time. Squasher Wooden is a walk up start in anyone's team.

Craig Field should be half and captain.

Who were our halves in 98. Adam Phillips?? He was terrible and should go to 5/8

I have a soft spot for anyone who played in the 2002 team. They were the best bunch of rejects to ever grace Brookvale. If our team had as much heart these days, we'd probably be top of the ladder. We didn't lose a game by less than 10 points, in other words, if it was tight, we'd win.

How many games have we lost by less than 10 this year?
