The name Fortress is dead and buried. We've been sht at Brookie for years now. We'd be better off playing at Gosford. Fairly good record of home games up there.

Bingo mate. Personally my take is that if he's fit, play him. Simple as that. If he gets injured again, at least it won't derail our season which is only a week or so from being over anyway and he can then recover over the pre-season and hopefully come back fit in 2021.

We're all hoping that his major injury woes are over though.

Absolutely.. hes a footy player, play him if fit..
Its hard watching him play during the early parts of the season.. you know your watching the best fullback in the nrl, usually watch him dominate the opposition, but in the back of your mind your just waiting for him to go down with a hammy/ankle/whatever that will rule him out of 70% of the season minimum

He’s had almost an entire off season (off ) this season , if he blows it again today then he and the club have got some extremely serious long term ramifications.

Yup.. problem is, what do you do?? Sack him and watch him lead another team to a few titles if he stays fit? Prolly lose the other brothers too..

Tom is honestly the best fullback in the league.. can honestly say no other full back can dominate his opponents and singlehandedly get their team the win on a weekly basis like Tom does... but man, he needs to play more than 1/4 of a season each year

Other than hoping that Turbo's injury woes are behind him ... more than anything today I am just hoping that Croker doesn't put in another shocker.

Whenever he's had to come of the bench to play 5/8 due to an injury this year, he's actually done OK. But this year whenever he's actually started a game in the halves, its been a bit of a disaster. He had at least 2 occasions this year (when Walks got injured) the chance to stand up and say to Des "I am the 5/8 you are looking for", yet on both occasions he was arguably our worst player in those respective games.

Its time for Mr. Croker to redeem himself.

What benefit Croker today is that TomT is back and he made Walker look like a half decent 6 early in the season.Although with them keeping Miski on the bench,I suspect they don’t have confidence in Tom lasting the 80
