Game Day: Manly v Tigers [Round 19, 2021]

There’s no complacency today, we will do the job clinically, I expect we have learnt from the drugcheats and the faiders games, as well as grinding out a good win last week, that we must turn up and compete every week, we have a couple of big games coming up and no way will this side at near full strength want to tank it against the tigers leading into those games and the moving towards the end of year.
Solid win today is what I expect we will all enjoy, looking forward to it big time.

The thing is against both Raiders and Knights, our line up was no where near as strong as this.

Today should be a chance to show what they are truly capable of at, or close to, full strength.

Never an easy game in the NRL. Look at Cowboys vs Storm last night, and that was with Jake Granville at fullback.

For the next couple of weeks being in the Qld footy bubble will probably help focus all those teams in the log-jam for 7th and 8th, they'll come out fired up as though they're on a Kangaroo tour or something.
Will be very willing, not sure what game plan Tigers could possibly have except bash Manly and try to dominate possession.
Luckily Tigers have a few shortcomings so provided Manly is patient then before too long Madge will be swearing and screaming "Stop the game! Stop the **** game!"

Im always worried every game couldnbe a 'danger game' but jeez the side is looking strong for this one.

Was just thinking today that in the past 5 yeara or so we had what 2 or 3 strike players? Turbo Dce and perhaps walker so when we were on we were ok but big chance we could be off and boom there goes the apple cart.

Now thou we have Turbo, foz, dce, Schuster all of which can pull the big plays. Then x factor in Sabb, Paseka, Gauc and better than average in the rest. Its a bloody good looking side.

I was worried about Newcastle and Raiders but seriously we will put a thousand on the Tigpies with this side!
