Team Lists

I look at the teams……player for player I don’t see what is so scary about the Storm? Their back five & our back five are both great! With Hughes out our halves have the advantage. The forwards pretty much equal. Grant the advantage to the Storm. If we match the Storm forwards I think we win!

DCE to announce he has signed a 2 year deal with the storm this week and been offered a few brown paper bags ha ha

We need to hit this game with maximum aggression. Bash them out of it. I'd be going with Ray on wing , Talau on bench instead of Waddell, Brown and Bulle to come on and hit them with everything we have. Turn this into another battle of Brookvale.
What about the other way round, Ray Ray coming of the bench with fire and brimstone for 15min, TT2 on the wing.

Two scary things:

The nouse of Bellamy

The pride of the Storm after a shock loss

Going to be a test for the middlemen, they have good aggressive middles, any momentum brings the best out of Harry Grant.

I would like Sipley come back into the 17, the pack is lacking some size against the Storm, he has his defensive concerns though his ball carries take some sting out of the opposition.

Biggest concern will be the sin bin, for sure after today they will come down on contact with the head.
Also, whats the injury status on Lodge, I know he got a broken toe at training. But, nothing listed in the injury list. When did he get the injury and what round will he become available ?

Yep, when was the last time they lost 2 in a row?
The last time the Melbourne Storm lost two games in a row was during the 2022 NRL season. They encountered such a sequence when they were defeated by the Manly Sea Eagles on July 14, 2022, and then the South Sydney Rabbitohs on July 23, 2022.

I am worried that the sin bin crackdown will make every game even more of a lottery.

Storm going to be very hard to beat this week
Munster was very poor last week against dragons he is due for a big game.
I just think storm by 1-12 point margin
They don't play 2 poor games in a row
Harry Grant will destroy us from dummy half

Harry Grant is one of the most influential players in the NRL but I did notice he picked up a leg injury against Illawarra. He hobbled for the remainder of the match. Here's hoping the injury slows him down.

Does anyone know when Talau is back and what his injury is? It's hard to find information on what's going on with him. Same with Croker? It's crickets again ........
