I live only a few mins from the ground and currently mostly cloudy with a little bit of sun. My forecast is saying 20% chance of rain at 1-3pm and then again every hour from 5-11pm. 20% isn’t too bad but probably expect at least some rain throughout the game

Hard to get a general read for today .
Big improvement , especially in attack last hit out and defence has 't been too bad in recent games , especially a bit wider .
The exception against the Storm some weeks ago .
Hope that Waddell can step up and looks like Brown could be playing some time at 13 for Jazz to cover at 9 unless Simpkin somehow goes the full game distance .
Sharks form , maybe so so in recent weeks but still a solid all round footy side
If Turbo can add some real spark and the same commitment level and team play can be replicated from the Panthers game , no reason why Manly can not get the result

Results gone our way so far. A win by 12 slots is into 5th with another big game on the rd next week v Cows then into the origin period. It’s quite an important game in the context of our season this one. I’m picking we get home comfortably.

Not even by 12, just need to win at all to get 5th, unless the unlikely scenario of the Tigers beating Melbourne by a big margin happens and they get us on PD, even then they’d have to win by 17 more than us. Although, if the Tigs do win and we manage to win big, we could even be top 4! I think that’s very optimistic though, can’t see the Tigs even getting close today tbh

Just need to get on top of their forwards early, if we do that I think we win. I hope Jake to prop and Tevaga to lock continues paying off because that one change could actually fix the most glaring weakness in our forward pack.

Jake is not an 80 minute player in this modern iteration of the game.
