NRL Casualty Ward: Ramien, Saab racing the clock

Sharks coach Craig Fitzgibbon is confident star centre Jesse Ramien can make it back for a sudden-death clash with the Cowboys while Manly flyer Jason Saab is looking to overcome an ankle injury.

The Sea Eagles have confirmed winger Jason Saab is set to miss six weeks with a high-grade hamstring injury suffered in that same game.

Manly forward Josh Schuster has overcome the calf injury that kept him out of the Pre-Season Challenge and Round 1 and will make his return via the NSW Cup this week.

How is the weather looking out that way guys? I looked at the forecast and it's predicted to be raining until mid Arvo.

As for the game I am more than confident that Manly has more than enough attacking threats right across the park to win comfortably.

I think we will score 5 tries today. Defend well and we should win by 10-16 pts.

Going to watch with my family today... Do you know if general admission has any under cover seating?

Big test for the Manly wingers but fairly hopeful that they will be up for the occasion .
Might be a bit of an arm wrestle for a good part of the game but signs were good from Vagas when the Manly endurance level was quite impressive .
Heaps of quality players on both sides and if Manly can equally produce some quality defence , reckon that they can be a real good chance .
Certainly have enough attacking ability .
Can "t notice if the earlier Blacktown game is going to be televised ?
