The ref seems to be giving the Roosters a leg up but that's probably just because we ran up a big lead quickly. Most ref's will try and drag you back if it looks like turning into a blow out.

Probably thinking unlikely to have a downside. Was backing the team to defend if it doesn't come off. But he sensed what we could see, roosters were out on their feet, that comes off and manly are going into sheds 30-4

True but finals are about consolidating leads and not giving top teams a sniff or chance to get back. Final points in the half go to them and an early try will get the boys nervous.

Just hoping it doesn't become a factor by the end of the game
