I too apologise for the unsavoury posts that were directed towards you. One of my biggest faults is I can be overtly critical of things that are best let go. I get that we're all different and as such think and react to things in different ways. One thing I do stand by, is that if someone wants to bring peace into a situation, then that is to be respected and received. Hey a couple of things:

Is anyone still unhappy we took the 2 points from the penalty in the 1st half?

Was there a conclusive angle that showed wighton grounding the ball before Jake? What happened to the simultaneous rule?

I think Trent sent API on in extra time because he is a chargedown specialist, possibly our best at interfering with drop goals.

I'm not unhappy about taking the penalty. I thought it would be good mentally for the boys (men) to see they are in front on the scoreboard and if Walker converts...then hopefully his confidence goes up and he doesn't miss another one all afternoon. (lol @ me big time there.)

You my be right about Trent and Api. I had my eyes closed during most of that time.

Really ? Watched the same press conference and wasn't sure if he was trying to be a smartar#e or had genuinely had too many knocks to the head. Twice couldn't remember Dylan Walker's name, yet he had just kicked a goal in golden point and scored a try in a crunch period of the game. Coupled with that, you think they would have video sessions all week on what each player, especially Dylan does.
Peter Fitzsimmons could be right that all the head knocks turn ex players into dribbling fools, or possibly Ricky didn't have much to start with. Has had some top rosters, but only one premiership when Gus was basically coaching the rorters anyway !

In that press conference, i first though Sticky was being disrespectful of Walker, but the more it went on i reckon he was seething at the loss and couldnt get his head together, and tried extra hard on trying to sound positive in explaining his teams efforts.

Just watched the game. Api is a MASSIVE liability to this team & we won that game in spite of him. Hastings needs to be in the starting side & must be our kicker.
