I am in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for three months. Anyway, I was getting all excited about the game this weekend. So I started looking at heading on down there flights, accom and tickets. Flights were OK, then I started looking at tickets. FMD, tickets on half way are $478. Other decent seats are on the quarter line are $189. There are cheaper seats for $19 but they are nose bleed at the end. Seats behind the gold posts are $79. I am really surprised that the NRL has priced tickets that high. I thought they were trying to get people to the game? Anyway, we'll see how it goes. I still might head on down there but just not paying that much for a ticket. If I go it will be nose bleed for me...... How many others are going?
I found some for $60 ,I also wouldnt be suprised if casinos are not giving them away ,(if they havnt sold so well)

Also, factoring in the cost of a flight from Wyoming to LV wouldn't be cheap either.

Me and three others from this site that I know of. (I may have missed a few, it's late).

My ticket was approx $270

Feel pretty good about this game on paper, but it's won on the field....
3 things needed -
  • At least "MATCH THEM" in the forwards.
  • Defence to not leak easy points, especially left edge where Walker/Mitchell will be lurking.
  • Early games about completions, possession and winning field position - kick/chase pressure a Must !!
Manly would be confident they can carve up that backline if they lay the foundations up front.
Souths have a habit of getting the best out of their pack, even when it looks average, with the presence of Cook at 9 enough to get them over the advantage line and create his own momentum with sharp darts.
The backs have the enigmatic Mitchell and the unpredictable Cody Walker, but mostle a backline of fillins and if Manly get 50/50 possession I expect numerous opportunities created, but cashing in is always hard to guarantee early season games, so hope they take the points on offer and happy to get away with a 1 point win in Vegas.

Not sure how Corey Waddell gets gig, surly Maddison gets a start over him.
Terrible I say. Now that Jake is bunking up with sister gets Corey in our 17?? Come On!
There Needs to an Investigation!

I got a bunch of the $79 seats that looks to be between the 10 and 20 metre line. Not great but the person sitting next to me will have forked out $150. Eeeesh! And yeah, the centre of the field tickets are a bit ridiculous. But heading off tomorrow and looking forward to it. 🦅🦅🦅🦅
