I would have played Ray on the wing rather than Lehi, we need some power in the kick returns.

Fingers crossed Toms tentativeness with ball in hand last week was just due to fatigue, as he needs to run 200+ meters today for us to be any chance.

Discipline is the key to a win today. If we give them as much ball as we gave Nth Queensland last week it'll be Knights by 20+

Personally I might have kept Talau on the wing and still kept Turbo at centre while keeping Hopoate at fullback ... but that's only might. I also know that we tend to score more points with Turbo at fullback.

A beautiful day at a packed Brookie on a Sunday arvo = ideal conditions for a great game and a much-needed win. Losing is not an option with the ladder being so tight.

Good luck to Humphries & Faulolo making their debuts. Hopefully we can overcome the loss of Jake and DCE. Go Manly!!

Toss of the coin job.

They will play it tight in their far superior pack. If we can get an open game we will win.

Brooks is the key, but Tom has the ability to blow any games apart.

Newcastle by 6 or Manly by 18.

Dear Brandy ... Tommy Talau played halfback against Souths.
I’m watching the pre-game show on Kayo & I’m wondering when Anasta became such a Manly hater?

He’s been on a deadset agenda against Seibold since we lost to souffs & has been harping on about it again today. He’s also piled the pressure on Luke Brooks to take control & lead today after “failing dismally” against souffs.

How is a player manager allowed to embark on such agendas like this in the media?

All managers do it,only difference is that Anasta does it directly, rather than through a journo, like the rest of them
