Think Des has put Keepie and Marty on notice now, true to form Des doesn't like dropping players from a last start wins. Mediocre games by either player will see Paseka in like Flynn next game.

Hopefully all our big men hit good form heading into the finals, they all have plenty to play for, it would be more than handy to have them all firing and match fit, thinking about Paseka, maybe he plays his best footy fresh and Des is building the fire inside and timing his run towards making an impact at the business end, we’ll let’s hope so.

Glad Aloiai is playing as he's too good to waste at 18. With Paseka, I thought the same as @Rafferty in that he's building him up and keeping him fresh to provide the best impact for games like the Roosters and Eels in a couple of weeks, whilst also putting the other forwards on notice.

We're well rested, hope not too rusty, good (but cold) footy weather and a Saturday game. Should be a good crowd and I'm off to Brookie. Go Manly!

P.S. @Jethro omission from NRL/Manly casualties list is Parker - broken hand, out indefinitely.

The Medical guy for us said Parker's out for 2 weeks....must have changed recently, another blow for Parkes.
