Can't believe I'm saying this but hopefully in the 2nd half, Turbo will be getting his injury seen to on the bench and he won't be out there effing up the attack.....

He was "OK" until the injury hobbled him. After that he became a liability.
He was injured before it started. Clearly should not have played today. Rediculous considering we've got Storm next week.

Given how much Toms been paid and not played over the last few years or played half arsed as he's injured his next contract should only be for a pie , $1 worth of red frogs and a bottle of coke zero if he continues with us each game, maybe a bonus hotdog 🌭 if he can string more than 3 games together.

I'm expecting it to open up with the wind at our back. It was a very controlled first 40 running into the wind.

Its just sad watching Turbo. In 2021 we thought we'd be seeing one of our greats for years to come. Unfortunately, we are seeing a liability. One top game, injury, lay off, another good game, injury, repeat over and over.

Expecting our right edge to be much more prominent down wind. And like last week. We look better when Jazz goes off and Jake S comes on.

12 nil and should see more points from us in the second half against this substandard eels team
Sadly Toms limping got worse the longer the game went on
I do not understand Seibolds reasoning for leaving him on the field ?
What is his logic ?

Agreed. I said OK in that it wasn't stuffing things up. We'd still managed to get that 12–0 lead.

The attack only started stuffing up once he could barely raise a gallop. Truth be told Seibold should have hooked him 20 minutes in at worst.

I think one more try will be a bridge too far for their attack.

I doubt they can score 3 tries but 4 would be impossible.

Pretty ordinary first half, but we're in front by 12, which is the main thing. Eels' offloads are already troubling us, and that will only get worse if we start getting tired and slipping off tackles.

Sadly, Tommy T reminded me of this guy in the first half:
