Well that was weird. I was looking down at my phone when some in the Stand started booing. I looked up and was for the Parra blokes coming out for the warm up. I was suddenly relieved it wasn't for DCE. Heart over head wins again. Damn it!! 🤣

Nope. That was Peter Gough.

The last time that we had Todd Smith referee one of our games was Round 18 last year against the Cowboys in Townsville. The score was locked at 20 all at full time with DCE winning us the game after he slotted over a field goal in the 83rd minute.

The time before that was also last year, in Round 5, against the Panthers at Brookie, where we won convincingly 32 to 18.

Before that was in Round 2 last year against the Chooks at Brookie, where we beat them 21 to 14.

The last loss that we had with Todd Smith as the referee was in Round 25, 2023, against the Warriors in NZ. We lost 29 to 22.

Thanks Jethro, case of mistaken identity perhaps. That’s actually very encouraging. Parra are stuffed now! Only downer so far is Voss commentating.
