Why was Api allowed to take a quick tap there yet earlier when we had a chance to score and make it closer (it was 18-10 at the time), the refs held us up when no Manly player was offside.

I am a little confused by Manly,as we can play well against the top sides but when it comes to playing sides at the bottom end of the table we fail to show them the door.There is something more going on at Manly because I fail to see how we can just go to ****e so quickly.
