Winging it
I was originally based in Greendale and over many years embraced all sorts of pursuits. In my early days I had a close association with the community which covered agriculture, athletics, church services, local bands and even became involved in trotting. In WWII I helped the Defence Forces with training and then finally I realised my potential in 1947 by being part of Manly's first top flight game. I hold RL records that just can't be taken away. I have improved with age and despite my many years I am still associated with every player who wears the maroon and white. I am?
