I'm not a fan of this as it usually creates more injury woes than it is worth.
Unless if it weighs in similar to a trial match and nothing more, then I suppose it'll be OK.

If it develops a profile anything like the Charity Shield it will be excellent exposure for our club, and if it ends up being televised like the Charity Shield that could be good for fans too.
