Mandatory sentencing best way to prevent dirty acts, says Tamou

Nice idea! Players would have an idea of what works but then you get the issues of level of intent etc. Probably why the legal system never really liked mandatory sentencing. At least biting is getting recognised and surely the next guy will think twice.
