They're not. They don't want to lose To'o and released James FH on compassionate grounds. To'o is agitating for a release. Talagi is going to replace Luai, who left for a lot more money. It's a smart signing because his best position is 6. He really isn't and has never been a winger/centre. Most of his junior footy was at 6. Towards the backend of his junior career, he was used as a fullback but it's not really his best fit.

Thanks for the info. I've only seen him play in the outside backs, and while he is good in attack he looks suspect in defence to me.
The 'Riff obviously know what they are doing. They have a large junior nursery but also recruit from regional NSW and, now, must be delighted to steal a Parra junior when the reverse has happened so often to them.

Parramatta might have dodged their own ‘Baby Face’ Schuster-sized bullet with this kid leaving.

In his first game he showed no respect towards Turbo and as we watched the game, my wife said “this kid has an ego problem”.

That seems to have played out ever since.

I could see Dylan Edwards going to the warriors on big coin and Penisini getting a contract elsewhere without too much trouble.. The dry run looks like it is set to continue for quite some time. Moses of course will be able to take his pick even in the the twilight of his career..

My understanding is that the contract clauses can't be activated by the three players you mention until the end of the 2025 season. But your point is valid; Doesn'tmatta is in real trouble. What a shame.

Ryles obviously isn't the drawcard coach Doesn'tmatta thought. His hopes starting to go up in a Blaize.
I hope he ends up at a weaker club, such as Wests, but more likely it will be the two sombrero clubs, Easts or Canterbury.

Ryles signed on a 4yr deal, rather generous I think.
Prediction, he'll be walking the plank well before the 4yrs are up.
