Lodge, you Monster

I agree with these opinions and I think a couple of other people have said similar things that frankly I am too drunk to go back and figure out now but.....

I never want to see Lodge in a Manly jersey again. As a professional and as a man he had every single thing to play for against Easts that night and what did he do instead? Catted it like he'd heard there was a netball skirt sale on at Mick Simmons and he was afraid of missing an opportunity!

Ability? Toughness? He has none. He is a cr*p player and a dogshi*t human being and his only true ability is the ability to offend multiple people at once. Because he is a knuckle-dragger and a fool.

Seriously can anyone here imagine a real contending team like Penrith or Melbourne or Easts giving him the time of day? Of course not because he is a dogshi*t moron! Culture counts. Like all the supposedly "talented" Fainus I never ever want to see Lodge in a Manly jersey again.
Nice rant. Reminiscent of @mickqld at his finest!

Lodge probably was just trying to stay fit and hanging out with a couple of mates a few weeks back. It was before he knocked back a train and train at the dragons.

But gees, rocking up on a training day, and then joining in with Jake and Turbo for some extras.after.

I reckon there's a message thrown about in there some where.

What have I missed here? Lodge turned up at Manly’s training?

Lodge will initially play NSW Cup with a view to forcing his way into the NRL squad.

An ACL rupture and torn biceps limited Lodge to just 12 appearances in his two seasons at the Sea Eagles, but the 29-year-old prop believes his best football is still ahead of him.

“I know I’ll get back to where I want to be and I’m backing my ability.” Lodge said.

“It wasn’t a case of me wanting to leave this club but the offer elsewhere at the time which I thought I was leaving for, was too good to refuse.

“I don’t need to go into all the details, but it is what it is and everything always works out in the end.

Geez who saw this coming 😅 Not sure how I feel about this.

Wow, so he says he didn't want to leave but did for a better offer, which fell through.

So after saying what Manly offered him was beneath him, he's ended up back with us on, I assume, the same offer?

I gave him a chance when he first signed with us but his words just lessen my already low opinion of him.

What an idiot lol.

Good for us, we get an 121 NRL-gamer and our former starting front rower as a NSW cup player on $80k and as depth. Our middle depth is in a much better place now, and now the Sipley exit rumours make some more sense.

I wonder if the NRL will get annoyed by this.
