Live streaming of games in 2011

I understand the NRL makes available a pay service to overseas residents for a live stream of matches.

Is anyone aware of how this works and if there are any tricks to access these streams from within Australia?

Sick of getting Bronco's/Coast games live in Brisbane on Friday night when there is a perfectly good Manly game going live into Sydney.

I was in British Columbia last season and you could buy only one game per week, usually the Monday's game.  Very annoying.  The NRL advertise this service.  There's usually four or five AFL games but only one NRL.  Pathetic.
