It depends how you look at it. The current coach/assistants aren't getting the job done

This is a dud choice. Why do we go for these part time media people as your coach it is laughable. Get serious and support seibs with some serious assistants not mickey mouse cheap media personalities.

I don't get the negative responses to this news. Daley is current NSW SOO coach unless I was dreaming.
I doubt his role will be game day tactics or team selections, but his presence (part-time) can only be a plus. Or maybe I know nothing, that has occurred to me!
