Its only 6 weeks until Season 2006 kicks off.

Next week the Qantas Community Carnival starts on Wednesday 1st through
to the 2nd of February and the Sea Eagles will be involved in Junior
Rugby League Coaching Clinics in Taree NSW.

We are receiving Membership Renewals and New Membership applications
steadily each week as we progress towards 1,000 members renewed for 2006
at present. With 6 weeks to go until the start of the season this is a
great result as we strive to move closer to our first goal of 2,500
members for this season and our long term goal of reaching 5,000
members. We would like to welcome you all to either renew your
membership or to become new members in the coming weeks as we move
closer to the season kick-off on March 11th. So that we can guarantee
that you will receive your membership card and relevant information for
the season we would appreciate if you could submit your membership form
for processing by Friday 3rd February so that we can ensure they receive
their membership card and important information about the season ahead
prior to our first match on Saturday 11th March.

It is important to note that from the beginning of March only members
will receive a detailed newsletter each week during the season. Online
fans will still receive a newsletter each week but this will not be as
detailed as the newsletters that you have been currently receiving. So
be sure to renew or become a member of the Sea Eagles in 2006 so that
you are receiving the most detailed information about the team each
week.

There are a number of important event dates taking place during February
that you should insert into your diary.

yet another reason I am frstrated that we decided to give the club our proposal in word format

yes i know!

I told the person who did it to put it in PDF but it had already been sent without consulting me!

no chocolate monk. othr things within the newsletter are lifted directly from our proposal

Don't worry about it fellas...if the clubs using the ideas to improve, then right on eh?
Chelsea do the same thing by consulting with her fans directly (well - by way of survey anyway).

It's called utilising best practices.
