Spud has personally been training Keppie and spud said that keppie is a machine. Good to see Spud staying involved and even better seeing one of our young guns stepping up to the plate and taking on extra training to prepare himself for the season.

Keppie is a surprise packet. Our eagle eye scouts who give us the heads up about new young recruits (such as @Smokin Joe, thank you! ) described this guy but I didn't realise just how much quality he seems to bring. For some reason I didn't realise he was so big, but he is very big. And he is a workhorse but certainly not lumbering, he actually seems very agile, and this is noticeable particularly in defence (aside from getting knocked out last match). He's definitely looking at a successful NRL career if he can steer clear of bad luck.
