It’s not only about the siren , it’s the keeping up the pressure from minute 1 to minute 80.

Too many times , in fact far too many times , we’ve taken the foot off the throttle and let sides come back.

I know that the ref plays a massive ( MASSIVE) part in this these days , with some stupid instruction from HO to “ not let games become blow outs as these viewers don’t like that “ nevertheless you keep the pedal to the metal a d that **** takes care of itself.

I feel the team made some fair inroads in that regard in 2024, with a handful of games reminding us this team isn't quite there yet.

I get frustrated when we let a try just before or just after halftime . Especially if we have been the better team.

I believe teams where players are hungry to keep their spot ( through players knocking on the door) or to get a new contract can find something extra to keep going.
Do it constantly then it becomes who you are and what the culture is.
I think Seibs is on the path in this respect.
