Juniors Discussion Thread

The problem is that populations and socio-economic levels vary geographically over time. But the NRL is caught in a time warp that ignores the changes that cause an inequitable imbalance of junior talent through a long and inflexible boundary setting that is now way out of date. Little wonder that clubs have to recruit from other areas and create second tier clubs well away from their home base. Until the NRL has a deep rethink about such issues (as well as the salary cap debacle), the problem will exacerbate. This situation will worsen as new clubs are brought into the fold.

Thank you for your point of view feathered friend
This is my perspective

The problem is we look for excuses instead of being innovating to find solutions
and Salary cap debacles are derived from incompetent salary cap management

The moral of the story is
You get paid to do a job
You either find a way and prevail or find your self another job Just like the West Tigers incompetent Management who crippled their club with their decade of failing excuses

To conclude
Nothing is easy in this world , It is harsh , not fair or kind
We Either Adapt or die !
