None .... our props and our forward pack sucks arse. They are hopeless .....and watching them fills me with zero hope. Zero. Unit we change our forward pack I'll be making and using a special blend personal lube for each match
Well, BF Brownie and Waddell are now under threat from Lodge and Sipley you would think.

So is your idea that we play without props?

Just run out with 11 players?

Bold stategy Cotton.......

I think we all appreciate we need some forward signings for 26 (or in a dream world pick up a pre June 30 player) but we are talking how to put our best food forward for the Cowbuys and onwards.

And as fun as harping on about lube and how ****ked we are may be, so like to talk on how the team can improve week to week and how we can best utilize our current squad.

Not at all ..... of course we can't play without props. I am just saying that until we are able to afford to buy some decent forwards we're going to continue to struggle. The ones we have just aren't good enough to be consistently competitive with the best teams and that's pretty obvious every week. We can beat the weaker teams with speed and occasionally jag a win against a stronger team but when we come across a team with a strong forward pack we get out muscled and our "weapons" becomes useless when that happens and we play like a rabble.

I hate watching and joking about how badly are going as much as anyone.

Yeah we certainly need a bit of a shake up in the pack and from what wedontcare says who seems to be ITK we are looking at some younger forwards.

A marquee would be great but really just two young forwards in the mould of a Dylan Egan, Halasima, Couchman, Steep, Mooney etc would help balance us. A couple of "about to take the next step" players.

There is nothing in itself wrong with the experienced moneyball signings. But they should be sprinkled in with young up and comers and marques.

We simply have to many in TKO, Brown, Lodge, Tevaga, Waddell etc and to little younger blood.

The fact we have too many experienced Moneyball signings is 100% on Siebold. His recruitment for the top squad has been diabolical. How do other teams not fill their roster with middles aged 30 or over? The following is an excerpt from an article in 2020. It reveals much about our coach.

"The Broncos have been accused of trying to deflect the blame after a disastrous restart to the NRL season.
Brisbane suffered its worst ever loss in a 59-0 thrashing against the Roosters on Thursday night, the week after being hammered 34-6 by the Eels.

Coach Anthony Seibold pointed to his side’s inexperience as a contributing factor to its horror show against the reigning premiers, but it’s an excuse that won’t wash with everyone.

Brisbane had 10 players with less than 30 first grade games under their belt on Thursday but some NRL pundits are adamant the club only has itself to blame after mismanaging its roster and discarding senior players.

Daily Telegraph rugby league writer Paul Kent said an emphasis on loading up on young guns like Payne Haas, Tevita Pangai Junior and David Fifita to bolster what should be the league’s best forward pack has meant the Broncos jettisoned experienced stars — the same experienced stars Seibold is lamenting he can’t turn to in 2020.

As Kent pointed out on NRL 360 on Monday night, in recent years the Broncos have lost:

— Queensland and Australian forward Josh McGuire (194 games for the Broncos) to the Cowboys in 2019.

— Queensland hooker Andrew McCullough (260 games for the Broncos) to Newcastle this season.

— New Zealand halfback Kodi Nikorima (86 games for the Broncos) to the Warriors in 2019.
