Joey Walsh

Italian airline Alitalia has decided to move its headquarters to & be based in Genoa!
As per protocol the airline has decided to also change the name from Alitalia to Genitalia!

I remember when Hogkinson left for the Dogs we debut and fresh faced DCE straight into the halves with Foz

Im hoping Walsh can do the same
DCE was 3 years older than Walsh and had played a full season in Qld Cup (player of the year).
No comparison.

Fogarty, Walsh, large, Brooks is our current picks for 2026-27. Hopefully bit of competition for spots gives us the best players.

How did Walsh go tonight? Oh, that’s right, not as good as the supposed best back up, Arthur.

I’d rather give our promising youngsters a run instead of used has beens that have never stepped up.

Walsh in waiting

Prodigious Manly half Joey Walsh is yet to play NRL, but the 19-year-old must be getting close to an opportunity after another impressive outing in NSW Cup that included a brilliant individual try.

Manly struggled for direction and rarely threatened in attack with Jake Arthur in the number 7 jersey during last week’s loss to Parramatta and the time might be right for Anthony Seibold to introduce Walsh to the big stage when Cherry-Evans next plays for Queensland.

Walsh is a Northern Beaches local who attended St Augustine’s College, across the road from 4 Pines Park, where he captained the Australian U18 rugby side and the Sea Eagles beat a host of suitors for his signature, inking a three-year deal that began this season.

With Jamal Fogarty set to arrive at Manly in 2026, there may be no better time than the present to give the rising youngster his chance.

Slight issue could be the rumours circulating that DCE will be dropped for Origin 2
