Jason King in Origin?

Well deserved imo

He had a top year last year imo, and you could see the fire in the bloke when he injured himself, it looked season ending, and you saw him tipping up tables in the sheds

This year, his first 4 weeks were terrible, but since then he has been our best front rower, and certainly the one with the most mongrel in him this season. When we were missing half a pack against the Raiders he also stood up and had a big game

Kingy played a big part in our premiership win last year and apart from the first few games this year (and we could put the rest of the team in that as well) has played to the same high standard.

He is not the flashy player and hence people don't notice him as much.  But what he does do well is the hard yards and the litle things that people don't see but the Des does.  

I put him in much the same position as Willo who never received much credit but did all the little things well.  

Anyway I will be rooting for Kingy for the rest of his career through the good games and the bad.  Hopefully he will give me cheap solicitor fees when he retires.

Well he's going a sight better than Kite and Kite gets picked... I don't see why this is out of the question. Good on him.... you'll see alot of average props get a run in origin over the next couple of years as NSW have none. I think Micheal Hodgson could be a bolter in the years to come. Hope he doesn't have a big game tonight.

I swore if Brett White got picked again I would consider supporting Queensland. Bellamy's love-child just doesn't deserve to carry the oranges. Kingy should have been there but I am happy not to lose seven to a doesn't count game.
