    King was caught by the Press photographers at the recent Manly training session held at the Narabeen Sports Academy.

    It is understood he was harnessing his energy and planning his next assault on his PB of 23 metres this year.

    I took that snap up in Cairns late last year. I bet this little fella wishes he really was at Narrabeen at the moment.
