I think you will find that Lyon is still "contracted" to parramatta for 2006, it would be great if we could have him next year but the chances of the eels realeasing him to Manly for 2006 are pretty much zilch. I think you are correct earl our best chance would be to grab him for 2007, however the Gold Coast might appeal to him also.

 

Gold Coast is possible but i would have thought they would have spent up alot of their cash with Baily and Campbell and a few others.
i hope he still has an urge to link with us. Maybe Orford will appeal to him coming to the Mighty eagles.

 

We will have him in 2007 unless he can or his manager can talk Parra into releasing him early.

 

He's expressed serious interest in joining the GC.
