Just noticed that Jacob Lillyman has announced his retirement from the game with the Knights.
He said that due to niggling injuries, he felt that he couldn't give his best, I think he's still under contract for next year.
What I want to know is, will the NRL treat this case the same way as they treated Matai and Stewart, or will it go the Watmaugh way?, let's not forget that Newcastle has always been an NRL/ARL darling.

I just heard on radio that the Dogs were talking about retiring Kieran Foran and applying for a medical exemption from the salary cap.

WTF? If this happens, this game will be dead to me - and it is a massive part of my life.
