Well if you can take any positives out of the sh'it that's been shovelled down our throats over the last few weeks (and last year) then you are seriously living in denial. If there is no change, things are looking pretty bleak and gloomy.

Last night's half-hearted effort has had its effect. For the first time ever when I walked to the beach I was not wearing a Sea Eagles cap. I was not prepared to put in the effort when it is not being reciprocated by the players. Instead, I wore a Toronto Wolfpack cap which was all black, matching my mood.
My son, an equally passionate supporter, also called to say he was renaming his two dogs, Menzies and Brookie. I'm looking forward to hearing what their new names will be.

The club and more importantly the owner will Sack Des when they want to and not because of a group of middle aged angry men throwing their toys out of the pram.
