Cleary is a good coach but is yet to become a great one. Guys like Michael Maguire and Trent Robinson put him to shame. Tooves' record over the past three years is far greater than Cleary's in the same period as well.

Taking out all emotion, I would not be satisfied if he was a replacement for Tooves.
