the NRl ,Inglis, the storm, the broncos and the rabbits

Inglis deal has been illegal at 3 clubs now.Apart from the storm who were outright dodgy, the Bronx and rabbits 3rd party deals have also been scuttled

Are we to believe that neither club new how the system worked or they both set out to secure Inglis in a dubious way

If they didn't know surely someone who should be "ïn the know " ïn the club should be sacked for incompetence, and if they did know surely there should be some action by the NRL against these clubs for trying to cheat the system

Just simply saying nice try but no cigar doesn't send a clear enough message. It only illustrates they clubs need to be a bit smarter and the NRL have basically supplied them with tips to get around it in the future
Its dead set laughable it it wasn't so deceitful. Both clubs should be fined for incompetent dealings at the least

Notice how the Rabbits got pulled up for it, but the broncos didn't, if Inglis didn't walk he would have been at the Broncos now and nothing would have been said. The NRL would never have done anything about Melbourne had it not been so publicly discovered, they protect their own.
